How do you bottle the prestige of the James Beard Awards and serve it to Capital One cardholders nationwide? This was the challenge presented to Capital One’s agency of record, Intersport. As the presenting partner of the James Beard Awards, Capital One wanted to create bespoke dinners across numerous cities with award-winning chefs that would feel exclusive yet approachable, sophisticated yet personal.
Intersport needed someone who could navigate both medallions and corporate stakeholders—a partner like Lindsay.

In 2023, Lindsay orchestrated extraordinary dining experiences across markets including Dallas, DC, Denver, New York, and Los Angeles. Each dinner featured James Beard Award nominees/winners sharing their culinary journey through a custom menu and conversation. The final touch: take-home gifts that weren't corporate swag, but chef-curated treasures—house-blended teas, artisanal spice mixes, even custom room scents.
The series achieved almost 100% sell-through, creating unforgettable moments for 200+ cardholders who gained access to otherwise impossible reservations. The inaugural year of this series was so successful, Intersport tapped Lindsay to plan and execute every step of the series in 2024, 2025 and now 2026.
