Grubhub didn't want another corporate anniversary party—they wanted to give back to the restaurants that built their business. Their dream: turn Daley Plaza into Chicago's biggest block party, where residents could taste the city's best bites. But bringing 20 restaurants to an outdoor public space meant navigating a maze of permits, equipment needs, and logistics.
Grubhub’s agency of record, Bully Pulpit International (BPI), knew they needed someone who spoke fluent "restaurant." Someone who could translate between Grubhub's digital world and the very real needs of chefs serving restaurant favorites offsite. That partner was Lindsay.

Lindsay orchestrated a seamless outdoor food festival featuring 20 restaurants serving 2,000+ attendees. In one afternoon, 12,000 bites disappeared into happy mouths as the city's most prominent public space transformed into its most delicious.
But here's what guests didn't see: the tent vendor vanishing two weeks before showtime, the weather threatening to shut everything down, or the complex orchestration of health permits, sanitation stations, and kitchen equipment. LRG made the impossible look easy.

This wasn't just a festival—it was a love letter to Chicago's restaurant scene, written in deep-dish pizza and Chicago-style hot dogs. Lindsay's ability to navigate both City Hall and chef personalities created an event that strengthened Grubhub's roots in their hometown. The event's success even led to Grubhub hiring Lindsay's graphic designer for future projects, proving that great partnerships create ripple effects.
