They came with a bold mission to improve their signature event: turning Union Station into an immersive culinary experience that would showcase how nourishment can transform cancer care.
After previous planners turned over, they needed someone who could integrate into their team and build the Gourmand Gala—year over year. Enter: LRG.

Lindsay helped orchestrate an evening where 750+ guests experienced magic at every turn. As the guests wandered through the historic halls, they discovered 30+ chef stations, craft cocktails, and yes—actual magicians. The surprise VIP Magic Parlor by INFINITI created buzz, while the casino tables kept energy high.
The evening raised over $300,000, proving that when Chicago's culinary community unites, magic truly happens.
